Village Cottage is the kind of place that feels familiar in the best way—homey, relaxed, and full of simple comforts. Think cotton quilts, rocking chair, cozy corners for reading, and a welcoming, lived-in warmth that invites you to slow down.
The cottage is a restored 1930s Sears cottage kit home, thoughtfully cared for so its vintage character comes through without sacrificing the basics that make travel easy. You’ll have Wi‑Fi, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for an uncomplicated stay.
Step outside into the back yard for slow mornings and easy evenings: picnic lunches, quiet time after a day exploring, and campfires under the stars. From the front door, it’s a short walk into Egg Harbor’s waterfront village for coffee, the marina, the beach, breweries, and sunset strolls along the water.
Whether you’re here with family, as a couple, or with a small group of friends, Village Cottage makes a comfortable home base—close to everything, but calm when you’re ready to come back in.

The home:
A charming 3-bedroom cottage with vintage character and a comfortable, lived-in feel—set up for guests who appreciate warmth and personality over something cookie-cutter. Enjoy original hardwood floors, central air & more.

Layout:
Bedroom 1- queen bed, Bedroom 2 -queen bed, Bedroom 3- twin bed, there is also a twin daybed in the living area.

Comfort + character:
Cotton quilts, rocking chair, cozy places to read, and small touches that make the cottage feel like a real retreat like Turkish cotton towels, extra quilts, and organic shower toiletries. Central air, high chair, pak-n- play upon request.

Supplies & Laundry:
We supply all bedding, towels, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, shower toiletries. Laundry facilities available in the garage of neighboring rental units garage- shared with other rentals.

Kitchen + dining:
A fully equipped kitchen with everyday essentials for simple meals at home. A stocked coffee station for those cozy mornings. Full size range & refrigerator, large pantry cabinet.

Stay connected:
Wi‑Fi and cable TV for quiet nights in. Stream your own services too.

Outdoor living- A nice sized back yard for fresh air and relaxed time outside with a Patio dining table & a campfire pit.

Pet-friendly:
Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please follow the pet guidelines provided with your booking so the cottage stays comfortable for everyone.

Tucked at the quiet south end of Egg Harbor’s waterfront village—walkable to shops, coffee, dining, the marina, and the beach. Free parking for 2 vehicles, additional parking available upon request, small garage available for bike storage (not parking).
Quiet residential setting with easy walkability to the waterfront village of Egg Harbor. Central base for exploring the rest of Door County by scenic drives, biking, or short hops to parks and shoreline towns. This is a shared property with two other rental units of Sparrow and Key, which is great if you have a large group- rent 1, 2 or all 3 units! There is plenty of parking for all units and privacy was part of the properties design. Interactions with other guests are very minimal and typically only in the parking area, yards and decks are all private and on their own lots
